COBOLworx provides support through an online/email ticketing system: Request Tracker. Each subscriber has a private and secure request Queue with an associated email address. Subscribers also have access to a secure upload facility.

COBOLworx only provides technical support for GnuCOBOL and GCC COBOL! We engage with problem encountered while porting applications from other COBOL compiler technologies but not problems encountered on those other technologies.
